TechCert – Global Certifications for Abia Youth
Cohort ongoing
TechCert is a landmark initiative born from a strategic cross-border partnership between RAD5 Tech Hub and We Create Tech, a US-based nonprofit organisation dedicated to closing the opportunity divide in STEAM. Together, they are bringing free, globally recognised IT certifications to young people in Abia State – covering Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Science, AI Prompt Engineering, Product Design (UI/UX), Digital Marketing, and Entrepreneurship & Startup Development. Certifications are issued by world-class institutions and companies including Google, Microsoft, AWS, IBM, Meta, PwC, Duke University, DeepLearning.AI, and Coursera – all at zero cost to participants. This program was designed with one clear belief: access to quality tech education should not be determined by geography. TechCert is RAD5’s boldest step yet in connecting local talent directly to global credentialing pathways, building a generation of Abians who are certified, confident, and competitive in the global digital economy.
