The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is one of Nigeria’s most significant graduate employment initiatives – a Federal Government programme funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It exists to solve one of the country’s most persistent challenges: the gap between graduating with a degree and finding meaningful, career-building work. RAD5 Tech Hub is a proud accredited Host Organisation for NJFP, offering paid 12-month fellowship placements to qualified Nigerian graduates within our innovation hub in Aba. Fellows placed at RAD5 gain hands-on experience working in real tech environments, contributing to live projects in software development, data analytics, product design, digital marketing, and tech community building. They are embedded in one of Southeast Nigeria’s most active innovation ecosystems, mentored by experienced professionals, and supported through a structured learning and growth framework. Fellows receive a monthly stipend for the full 12-month duration of their placement – funded through the NJFP programme at no cost to the fellow. Upon completing the fellowship, graduates who are not retained by RAD5 are offboarded into the NJFP Talent Hub, where they receive continued career guidance and job placement support for an additional six months. For RAD5, NJFP is more than a fellowship; it is a deliberate investment in the next generation of Southeast Nigeria’s tech workforce. We don’t just host fellows. We build them.

Requirements
- Must be a Nigerian citizen aged 18–30 years
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Lower — 2.2) or HND (minimum Upper Credit — CGPA 3.00+)
- Must have completed NYSC or hold a valid NYSC exemption letter
- Must be currently unemployed at time of application
- Must have graduated not earlier than 2022
- Must demonstrate commitment to career development and Nigeria's socio-economic growth
- Must apply and be selected through the official NJFP portal at njfp.ng — RAD5 does not manage NJFP applications directly
- Selection process includes: computer-based aptitude test, 60-second video submission, and psychometric assessment
- Placement at RAD5 is subject to matching based on available roles and catchment area eligibility
