DBOT – Digital Business Optimization Training

The Digital Business Optimization Training (DBOT) is a powerful partnership program between RAD5 Tech Hub, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and the European Union – delivered through the Digital Transformation Centre (DTC) Nigeria. DBOT was designed to support the digital transformation of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Aba and across Abia State, as part of RAD5’s broader goal of digitalising 10,000 businesses in Aba. Through DBOT, RAD5’s team of digital consultants and trainers work directly with business owners to assess their current digital maturity and deploy practical tools and strategies to optimise operations, enhance customer reach, and boost revenue. The program covers digital business setup, e-commerce, social media for business, mobile payment integration, productivity software, and data-driven decision-making. DBOT is a flagship example of RAD5’s commitment to not just training tech talent, but transforming the business environment in Southeast Nigeria through digital inclusion.
